Car on blocks in front yard
I reported this a few weeks ago about a car that has been up on blocks for months in the front yard. Isn't this a safety issue?

It is not. Any property owner is allowed to have a maximum of one unlicensed vehicle in their yard, even up on blocks. Our inspectors investigated and determined that the vehicle is stable and not a danger to tip off its blocks...therefore legal.
