to all of you that use it as a cut thru, how would you like it if it was your children that played in the neighborhood, and had people flying up and down the road. we have contacted the city, and they say there are plans in the works, but I do not believe any of it. so when the enevitable DOES happen, and a child does get hurt, pray to whatever god you believe in, because then, there WILL be problems!

NH is the only site I have pop up problems with. Can't shut down those darn videos. Click on a obit, read it and hit the back button then the video starts. Just what I want to hear while reading a obit for an old friend. You would think advertisers would be wise enough to realize that I will NEVER buy their product when someone gets it in front of me in such a dispicable way.

I notice alot of comments regarding the 'pop up ads" I never have a problem with them. Maybe, try switching your browser? I currently use Firefox and no problem. However on another site I have to switch to IE to avoid the "ads."

Don't worry though remember last week when the NH was named one of the best websites they promised us they would look into getting this problem fixed. Don't hold your breath or you might end up in the obits instead of reading them.
