CB14 contacted the film crew regarding your concern about the tape used to adhere signage to poles. They will be adhering their signs with non-stick painter's tape going forward (see photo) and will be removing all the signs as soon as the shoot is over. Thank you for alerting our office to this issue and feel free to contact us in the future with additional concerns.

Lane of Traffic on Coney Island Avenue Constantly Blocked Open

730 Coney Island Avenue Brooklyn, NY - City Council District 40
    reported 2012-04-03 · voted for 2012-05-18

The only possible explanation for why this has been allowed to go on for so long is that someone -- or multiple someones -- is on the take. It'd be one thing if it were just a nuisance, but it's also really unsafe for pedestrians, bicyclists and drivers alike.

Blank another unhappy neighbor (Guest) 2012-05-18

This problem is constant. It usually takes 3 or 4 cycles of red lights to pass this one block of Coney Island Ave. Auto body repair shops can't possibly be so important that they are outside the law?????

    Blank ConcernedCitizen (Guest) 2012-05-16

This is so dangerous and a blatant violation of traffic laws. Why aren't these commerical properties inundated with parking tickets, fines, they whole shebang!????!!
