Our inspector has initiated a public nuisance case here with a deadline for compliance of May 29. The inspector will follow up to make sure the issue is taken care of.

limbs hanging over my property line

Please give us more information here. Are these tree limbs overhanging the public street or is the problem with limbs overhanging a property line. This is important to know because it will generate a different response.

We have been watching this for a while. There were Fire Department flow tests going on about the time this was posted. That may have been the reason for the water. It seems to be fine at this point, however.
