GREAT! I think I replied to the wrong/similar problem. Nevertheless, spouse checked the bin at Fitzwater and GF this AM @ 8:30, and he said it was a foot past the top. Will keep on this health hazard. Hope the trash police can find at least a few names of those who continue to use the bin for household trash. Once word of some fines gets around, things should get better. Fingers crossed.

Have any of your neighbors weighed in with complaints to the Streets Department and to 311? If not, it could be helpful. I feel that the city only takes action when many complaints are received.

Yes, reported to 311 and have a case number. Reported to the Streets Dept with several dated photos, and received two response emails from Streets that they'll investigate.

So how do you fix a problem like this without removing the trash can? Did this issue get reported to the Streets Department? Personally, I don't think ClickFix is very effective.
