    Would like to know why the Code Inspector failed to do his job correctly. the code clearly states that grass above 12 inches in height is a violation. While SOME of the grass has been cut, grass remains that is above 24inches in height. ALSO the garbage has NOT been cleaned up. Picture taken 5/17/12 shows grass AND garbage.
